Raspberry Tripel Horse grew from a staple of our annual Cask Festival, into our highest anticipated specialty release. We keep our original recipe simple and true to style. The goal is not to overwhelm the complex flavors imparted by our trappist ale yeast, sourced from a Belgian monastery. With 14 pounds per barrel of Raspberries, we take the spice and citrus notes of our classic Belgian Tripel to the next level in this subtly sweet Tripel Horse variant.
